Which Tariff Saves the Most?

Low usage (under 300 kWh/month)

D1 is best — simple, no fixed charge premium, predictable billing.

Medium usage (300–600 kWh/month)

D2 (Economy) — if you can run dishwasher, washing machine, and EV charging overnight (midnight–6am), the night rate of €0.0969/kWh vs €0.1723 saves ~44% on those loads.

High usage with solar/EV

DTOU — off-peak rate of €0.0850/kWh is excellent for overnight EV charging and battery storage discharge.
